If you are submitting 20 samples or more, fill out this form to request soil sample bags. If you are submitting less than 20 samples, a ziplock bag must be used for each sample.
If you submit 5 or more irrigation water samples annually, fill out this form to request Irrigation Water Bottles. If you submit less than 5 irrigation water samples annually, a CLEAN drinking water bottle is to be used.
